Share employees and methods with colleagues
Use your own agents and share employees and workflows through organization permissions. Work runs on its executing computer; the complete working environment is not synced by default.
Steps
- 01Choose the organization
- 02Invite members and configure computers
- 03Authorize access separately
- 04Review shared work
01 Switch to the organization workspace
Choose the organization before creating or using team content. Check its name and the scope of your materials to avoid sharing personal information accidentally. Joining an organization does not automatically share personal content.
02 Invite members and configure execution
The organization owner manages the Team subscription and seats. Check available seats before inviting members. A computer must be associated with a member and explicitly enabled for organization work; membership alone does not enable execution.
03 Share methods and authorize access separately
Members share employees, workflows and work methods according to permissions. Agent sign-in, native extensions, files and services still need configuration on the executing computer. Personal accounts and credentials are not shared automatically.
04 Review progress and key decisions
Use available sharing features to review selected deliveries and pending decisions. Organization membership does not sync personal chats, directories or the complete working environment. Authorized members handle approvals; review access when membership or permissions change.
A practical starting point for a small team
Choose one common handoff. Define who supplies the inputs, which employees process them and who reviews the result. Test together before choosing steps to reuse.
Organization and personal plans are separate
Team benefits apply within the organization. Personal plans are managed separately. Check subscription status for the selected organization.
