Create your first AI employee

Start with familiar work. Define the role, method and expected delivery, then improve it after a trial.

Steps

  1. 01Define the work
  2. 02Refine the draft
  3. 03Publish a version
  4. 04Test and improve

01 Choose work with a clear scope

Pick recurring work with results that are easy to check. Explain the problem, required inputs and final delivery. Start by making one employee reliable at one type of work.

02 Refine the draft with the design agent

Choose Create employee on desktop and describe the role and typical tasks. Answer the design agent’s questions about methods and deliverables, then review the instructions and skills in the editor. Native agent extensions do not need individual bindings.

03 Publish an employee version

Choose an available agent channel and make sure the employee’s skills define the work and delivery. Publish the version. Saving a draft does not change future assignments until publication succeeds. Publishing a version and listing it in the marketplace are separate steps.

04 Try it once, then improve it

Use authorized materials for a small trial. Check results, sources and missing information. Ask the design agent to address problems or edit the employee, then publish a new version and verify it again.

Instructional example

Describe a first employee like this

Create a research assistant that reads the proposals I provide and compares costs, conditions and limitations. Keep a source for every conclusion, flag missing information and deliver a comparison brief in English.

Drafts and published versions

Saving a draft does not change the published version. After an update is published, new tasks use it while work already started keeps its original version.
