Review work records and deliveries

Check the task status and delivery first. Open detailed records and logs when you need to investigate.

Steps

  1. 01Find the task
  2. 02Open and review the delivery
  3. 03Read issues and logs
  4. 04Resolve the cause before retrying

01 Find the correct task

Open the work from its employee or workflow and check the name, status and inputs. Review separate attempts individually so you know which run produced the result. Running tasks and tasks waiting for input are not complete.

02 Open the delivery and check its content

Read the result and important limitations first. Open the files and verify content, sources, gaps and unresolved questions. A completed status still requires checking against the task’s requirements.

03 Use detailed records to investigate

If work fails, is blocked or needs input, read the explanation and available recovery options. Check the process and logs for more detail. A successful tool call does not mean the whole task succeeded.

04 Resolve the cause before continuing or retrying

Respond to missing-input requests, have an authorized person handle approvals, and fix connection or usage problems. Before running again, check completed external actions to avoid duplicate sends or writes. If status is unknown, first check whether work is still running.

Instructional example

Check a proposal comparison brief

Confirm that all three proposals are covered, costs and limits can be traced to sources, and missing information has not been invented. For partial results, read the unfinished scope before choosing to add inputs or start again.

Storage and access

Under the local-first architecture, work records and deliveries stay on the executing computer and do not automatically resume on another device. Some older work paths are still being updated. Asset and shared-content access remains subject to account and resource permissions; previously opened content does not verify a new result.
