How do the three Free plan schedules work?
Three active schedule slots are shared across employees, workflows and recurring automations. Pausing or deleting a schedule releases a slot. One-off manual work, failures and retries do not use extra slots.
Does my plan include the agent provider’s subscription?
No. Use your own provider account and usage through Codex CLI or Claude Code. Provider subscriptions are billed separately and their limits apply.
Does my plan include marketplace rentals?
No. Free employees and workflows can be installed directly; paid assets require a separate rental. Check each listing for its price and period.
How many seats does Team include? Can I add more?
Team includes three seats, with the owner using one. Members use a seat when they accept an invitation. Additional seats follow the plan’s monthly or annual billing. Organization benefits and personal plans are separate.
Does my computer need to be online for mobile access?
Work runs on the executing computer. Only limited encrypted or redacted progress sharing is confirmed as a direction. Information scope and remote actions are not settled; full chat sync and remote takeover are not promised.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes. Confirmed paid benefits remain until the end of the current period. A personal plan then returns to Free. If more than three schedules are active, they are paused so you can choose up to three. Schedules, history and results are kept, and work already started can finish.
When do plan, billing period or seat changes take effect?
An initial purchase takes effect after payment is confirmed. Plan, billing period and seat changes apply from the next period; seats cannot be reduced below those in use. Upgrading does not automatically resume paused schedules or backfill missed runs.
How do I check an interrupted payment?
Check subscription settings and invoices. If the outcome is unknown, verify the order before paying again. You can retry after a confirmed failure.
