Terms of service
Understand conditions of use, plan rules and your rights and responsibilities with RunTeams.

01 Your agreement with RunTeams
These terms describe rights and responsibilities when using the RunTeams website, applications, AI employees, workflows, automations, marketplace and related services. You means the individual or organization using them.
Acceptance during registration or purchase is based on what the relevant page presents. Personal-information handling is described in the privacy policy; accepting these terms does not replace separately required consent.
You must be authorized to accept terms for an organization. A separate organization contract takes priority for matters it expressly covers, without limiting non-waivable individual or consumer rights.
The service scope has no preset country or region restriction. Use remains subject to applicable law and third-party service conditions.
02 Eligibility and accounts
You must meet local requirements for contractual capacity and service use, including required parental consent, assistance or verification. Third-party agents, model providers and connected services have separate age and account requirements. Parental permission does not bypass their minimum ages or account rules.
Provide accurate required account information, protect sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Responsibility for unauthorized use depends on the facts and applicable law; activity under your account does not automatically make you responsible for everything.
03 How agents work
RunTeams helps you organize and run complete agent runtimes. The local core can be used independently; employee and workflow materials, chats, process records and outputs stay on the executing computer. When you choose official accounts, the marketplace, organizations or transactions, related platform records use cloud services. Agents run on your computer and may also use authorized files, tools, extensions, browsers and external services. Full cross-device work sync is not provided by default.
Supported integrations include Codex and Claude Code. Automatic verification may send the task, results and evidence to the chosen agent and consume third-party usage. This is task processing, not the same as general-purpose model training.
Your chosen runtime or model service may require its own account or subscription. RunTeams uses your existing agent subscription. Platform plans do not include third-party model usage or fees, or replace provider terms and limits.
Before work starts, check the goal, computer, files, connected accounts and action scope. Approval behavior depends on tools and configuration; not every external action requires another confirmation.
Tasks may send messages, change files, call paid services or modify external systems. Use suitable permissions, approval and review for consequential actions. After failed or unknown outcomes, verify actual status before retrying to avoid duplicate sends, payments or changes.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to other users’ output. Review important facts, rights and suitability, especially for decisions affecting safety, property, employment, health, law or finances. This does not exclude our legal product or service responsibilities.
04 Teams and workspaces
Owners, administrators and members have different permissions. Organization resources are shared under workspace permissions. Organization authorization does not automatically grant access to all personal content, computer credentials, provider subscriptions or local files.
A computer must be explicitly authorized in the product to participate in team execution. Work records can identify the initiator and executing account or computer for collaboration and traceability.
Leaving, removal or entitlement changes affect organization access; personal space remains separate. Already claimed work may use limited task-specific authorization to save necessary results and status. This does not restore access to other organization resources.
Organizations must have authority to invite members, assign work and process materials. They are responsible for organization-managed content, retention and departure handoffs within applicable law and agreements. Members retain their legal individual rights.
Closing an organization revokes member access and invitation permissions while the current flow retains business data. Closing an organization, deleting content and requesting personal-information deletion are separate actions.
05 Your content and intellectual property
You or the relevant rights holders retain legal rights in submitted content, employee configurations, skill materials and outputs. Using the service does not automatically transfer those rights to RunTeams. Protection and exclusive use of AI output depend on law, inputs and third-party terms; we do not guarantee exclusive rights in every output.
To provide requested services, you grant the necessary limited permission to store, copy, transmit, execute, convert and display content to designated or authorized recipients. This is limited by service purposes, permissions and retention obligations, and is not blanket permission for unrelated advertising, publicity or general-purpose model training.
Public marketplace publication requires the rights necessary for that display, distribution and agreed use. Marketplace license scope must be explained before publication or transaction; uploading does not imply unlimited permission.
RunTeams software, brand, interface and materials belong to us or their rights holders. Source and licensing for the local core are provided with its release materials. Official accounts, the marketplace, organizations, transactions and related extensions follow their applicable terms; publishing core source does not open all of those services or their code. Third-party components follow their own licenses. Non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected.
Ensure you may upload, connect, process and publish materials and comply with privacy, confidentiality and intellectual-property requirements. Contact support about rights disputes with the content, rights basis and requested action.
06 Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity, including unauthorized system or account access, stealing or distributing credentials, bypassing cloud or payment authorization, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property or exposing private information.
Do not impersonate publishers, fabricate transactions or reviews, hide dangerous asset actions or otherwise mislead buyers. Do not compromise security, disrupt others or evade reasonable lawful limits.
Unless legally permitted or explicitly authorized, do not obtain, use or distribute another person’s nonpublic content. Applicable law takes priority for permitted security research, interoperability and other non-excludable rights.
07 Plans and usage limits
RunTeams offers Free, Pro, Max and Team. Available plans, prices, currencies, taxes, billing periods and features are those shown and confirmed before the transaction. Platform plans, marketplace rentals and wallet funds are managed separately. Entitlements depend on verified orders and subscription status.
Free shares three active schedule slots across employees, workflows and automations. Pausing or moving a schedule to trash releases a slot. Immediate manual tasks, failures and retries do not consume additional slots.
Pro, Max and active Team organizations have no limit on active schedules. This does not include unlimited model usage, concurrency, computing resources or third-party costs.
Team includes three seats, with one used by the owner. A member occupies a seat on accepting an invitation; pending invitations do not. Additional-seat terms and fees are shown in the order. Personal and organization benefits apply separately.
Scheduled work still requires an available executing computer, runtime, valid permissions and accessible resources. A plan does not make an offline computer execute or bypass external-service limits.
08 Payments and renewal
Before payment, the checkout shows the amount, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal terms and cancellation route. Where immediate delivery affects a statutory withdrawal right, legally required disclosures and confirmation must be completed separately.
An auto-renewing subscription renews and is charged at the agreed interval until canceled or lawfully ended. Material price or period changes receive legally required notice and confirmation and do not retroactively raise prices for paid periods.
The provider identified at checkout handles payment. Platform plans, marketplace assets, wallets and external agent subscriptions are separate; buying or canceling one does not automatically buy or cancel another.
Order status and entitlements follow cloud-verified results. An interrupted page or unknown outcome does not establish payment success or failure. Check subscriptions and invoices before paying again. Contact support with order information for billing problems.
09 Cancellation and downgrades
Cancel renewal in account subscription management. Confirmed benefits remain through the current period. Cancellation does not immediately refund payment, delete the account or remove work. Confirmed plan, billing-period and seat changes apply from the next period; seats cannot be reduced below those occupied.
When a personal plan returns to Free with more than three active schedules, all are paused so you can select up to three. Schedules, history and results are not deleted, and already running work is not interrupted. Upgrading does not automatically resume paused schedules or backfill missed periods.
When Team expires, organization data is retained with read-only owner access and other members lose access. Personal spaces are unaffected. Retention and deletion follow the privacy policy and enterprise agreements; indefinite retention is not guaranteed.
10 Refunds and wallets
Canceling renewal preserves current confirmed benefits through the period and does not mean an immediate refund. Refund requests follow applicable law and explicit order terms. Non-waivable withdrawal, refund, defect remedies and consumer rights take priority.
Contact support with order details for refunds or billing questions. Duplicate charges, undelivered entitlements and service issues attributable to the platform are investigated against the actual transaction and performance.
Approved cash refunds return to the original payment method under applicable rules, with timing affected by payment providers. Wallet credits, purchase refunds to wallets and payment-method refunds are different. Wallet balance does not necessarily mean withdrawable income.
Marketplace refunds adjust purchases, installed-use rights and publisher settlement according to the transaction outcome. Wallet credit cannot replace another refund method required by law.
11 Marketplace assets and publishers
Assets may be provided by RunTeams or third parties. Review the publisher, price, period, license, dependencies, updates and support before a transaction. Publishers are responsible for rights to their content, accurate descriptions and agreed maintenance. Responsibilities follow law, orders and agreements.
Canceling a paid periodic rental stops the next renewal while retaining use for the paid period. Canceling a free rental ends the relevant rental permission immediately. Refunds and remedies follow law and the order.
Delisting stops new transactions and renewals. Existing rentals follow their authorization and validity, except where unlawful content, urgent risks or legal requirements require stopping access, with appropriate notice and remedies.
Automated checks, listing or recommendation do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, legality or earnings. Review tools, permissions, services and paid dependencies before installation. Use, modification, commercial use and redistribution follow the explicit license; paying does not transfer all intellectual-property rights.
Publisher charges, platform fees, settlement, withdrawals, refund reversals and tax obligations follow the transaction terms and agreements accepted by the publisher.
12 Third-party services and availability
Connected services may change permissions, fees or availability. We assist with connection issues within the service scope but do not guarantee that independent providers remain available or unchanged.
Maintenance, networks, devices, cloud services or security events may interrupt service. We take measures proportionate to the service and handle material interruptions according to law. Without a separate service-level agreement, no fixed uptime or recovery time is promised.
Material changes to core features or purchased benefits require appropriate notice and lawful treatment of unfulfilled orders. A test-feature label does not exclude responsibility for collected fees or mandatory legal obligations.
13 Suspension and termination
Serious breach, unauthorized access, fraud, security risks or legal requirements may result in proportionate restrictions, suspension or termination. We explain principal reasons unless prohibited by law, urgent security action or an effective investigation. Contact support to request review or object.
For payment disputes, account errors or correctable breaches, opportunities to verify or correct depend on the circumstances. Restrictions and unfulfilled fees are handled according to facts, fault, orders and law.
You may stop using the service or contact support to request account closure. Stopping use, canceling renewal and closing an account are different. Outstanding orders, legally retained records and organization-managed content follow their rules. See the privacy policy for deletion and retention.
14 Responsibility and statutory rights
We provide services under these terms, orders and applicable law. Your responsibility to review content and AI output does not exclude our responsibility for our own breach, unlawful processing or legally attributable fault.
Disclaimers, loss limitations or liability caps apply only where permitted and cannot exclude mandatory consumer rights or responsibilities. Fraud, intentional conduct, gross negligence, personal injury and other non-limitable liability are handled under applicable law.
15 Applicable law and disputes
Email support@runteams.ai with the facts, orders and requested resolution of a dispute. Discussion does not prevent other legal remedies or change statutory deadlines.
Disputes follow applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections, remedies and competent-court rules are not overridden by these terms.
16 Updates and contact
The update date appears on this page. Material changes affecting rights and obligations will be communicated appropriately. Where renewed acceptance is legally required, confirmation comes first. Updates do not retroactively change material terms of existing orders.
If you disagree with later changes, you may stop renewal or end future services under applicable rules.
